Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
